You will then farm for a number of seasons. All money used in this game is denominated in a fictitious currency, the “SusFarm” Dollar denoted by the $ sign. In each Season, you will know the resource you have already and be asked whether you want to buy extra Materials and Tools for the coming season.
Materials includes seeds, fuel, fertilisers etc needed to grow your crops.
Tools includes the maintenance of your existing tools, and depending on how much you choose to spend, you can add to your stock of Tools.
You can also buy technical advice if you wish.
You will also be asked whether you want to contribute to Schooling in your village, which will help everyone who lives and works there.
Occasionally, you will be asked to make other decisions too, so please watch-out for those options. They will appear in Seasons 3, 7, 8 & 9.
In places you will see a "?". Click on "?" to see explanations.
